One or two private sessions totalling four hours in your home, or location of your choosing focusing on your specific desires for birth. We prepare for birth by addressing specific coping strategies for labour. We concentrate on the emotions and physical occurrences you may experience and how to be most comfortable. We practice many different natural comfort techniques, learn about self advocacy and how to best communicate with your care providers and much more. I provide a great information package, resource list and snack for you to enjoy.
